HUGE Goodwill/ Thrift Shopping Haul!

Hello all the lovies, welcome to the blog today!! Boy do I have an awesome post for you all today!! Just like last month around this time, I have decided to share my awesome goodwill haul with you for the month of February. Also, again like last month (I will link it here) I have some amazing deals, and finds! Obviously I am a beauty blogger, so most all of this is beauty related! Sometimes when I find these deals, I can’t believe my eyes, I grab it so fast, because I know it’s a great deal! Part of the fun is the hunt, as I have said before, it’s like you are finding little treasures. I typically don’t find this much beauty/ skincare/ makeup items, but this month I scored for sure!! I was so excited for some of these finds! My favorites this month are marked below, but they include the Oh Joy pink swan, I can’t wait to hang it in my beauty room, the vintage drawer box, man this thing is so cool, it was covered in residue from cigarette smoke, I cleaned it up, and it’s perfect now, I don’t know how old it is, but it most definitely is beautiful, that will go in my beauty room as well, I couldn’t believe it was only $2.99, wow!! This was the only non Target donated item I found this month, everything else came from Target. Like I have said before, I am very thankful to have amazing goodwill’s in my city, I shop about 10 different locations on a regular basis, sometimes I find amazing stuff, sometimes I walk about with nothing. These hauls are an accumulation, but I go often, as I never know when they are going to have anything, or put it on the shelves! I also want to mention, I find, and purchase a lot more, that I don’t even show you 🙂 Sometimes, it’s to big of an item to take good photos of, or I want to use it right away, and I never show the clothes I get because it’s a pain to photograph, but I do share most of what I find as much as possible, because I think you all enjoy seeing! Thank you for the support, and if you think buying from Goodwill in any negative way, then please keep those comments to yourself, as I do not, and have been shopping, and saving thousands of dollars for years! And I would never buy “used” makeup, that’s just nasty in my opinion 🙂 These are my opinions, and I love shopping at goodwill, and am not afraid, or embarrassed what so ever, I highly recommend checking out your local goodwill, and thrift stores! Shopping Haul Amazing Deals at TJMaxx!

Hello, hello lovies, this blog post is for all my deal loving beauties! Oh my goodness I sure have snagged some amazing deals lately at TJMaxx, as some of you may have seen in my previous posts, the holiday months are the best times to buy beauty & makeup at discount stores, they get full stock of everything high end, it’s weird, it’s like they hold out all year, then go crazy, because they know people will buy higher priced beauty items for gifts. Well, let me tell you, this is when I spend like a mad woman, no joke, getting so many amazing deals, and stack up my beauty/makeup collection. This year was by far the best shopping deals, even in compared to last year! So as you can only imagine, after holidays, are just as awesome, because they put everything that didn’t sell on clearance! Yep, clearance, and they continue to mark down to get them sold, so now it’s February, so the clearance selection in stores are slowly selling, and dwindling, sad, I know. I keep looking, and searching for those deals on high end products, and feel like I have gotten some really great ones!! Definitely keep checking, because apparently, during the holidays they get trucks in for stock 7 days week, after the holidays they go back to normal schedule which is getting trucks in for stock 5 days a week. I never know when to go, or check, it’s all completely random, so who knows!! I am thankful for the awesome, amazing finds that I have found though, check them out below, please realize that this is just a haul blog post to show you what I have bought in the last month (yes I purchased them all at TJMaxx). I am constantly on the look out for great deals, p.s. I have a goodwill haul coming this week, so be sure to check back to check out what I have gotten, you will be amazed!! Love bargain hunting, and shopping, it’s all about the hunt, especially at these discount stores, like TJMaxx, Marshall’s, Ross, Home Goods, etc! Huge Goodwill/Thrift Shopping Haul January

Hello lovies!! I hope you are all doing well, and enjoying 2017 so far. I apologize for being kind of mia lately. I went on a week long vacation to Las Vegas, and came back to crazy busy life as usual, and am just now starting to get back into the groove again! We also had a crazy snow storm here, which was so unexpected, as we never get much snow in Oregon, it didn’t melt for a week, it was pretty unbelievable! Well during that time, goodwill was getting stocked up of all the goodies, just waiting for me to find, lol! Let me introduce you to a new series I am going to be doing on my blog monthly. I will be doing a goodwill shopping haul, and share with you all the good goodwill deals I was able to find for the month. I have made a few haul videos on my youtube channel in the past, and they were pretty popular, so I thought it would be really fun to share with all of you every month! I have also in the past done some of these same types of blog posts, just search goodwill, and you should be able to find them! I can also link them if you want to check them out! I think goodwill shopping is so fun, I enjoy the thrill of finding good bargains, and amazing deals, I also have actually since I was a little girl, I used to love going to garage sales, and flea markets in the south growing up, and I have always loved searching for sales, and clearances, oh what fun!! Now, let me tell you, I have been shopping at goodwill for years, and over the years I have found some really amazing things, sometimes to good to be true things, but really it is true, and I am always shocked, and very thankful to have found these treasures! The whole thrill, and fun for me is never knowing what I will find! I also want to mention that, sometimes I purchase brand new items, vintage items, and gently used items. I mostly shop for the brand new items. In Oregon, we have the top goodwill stores in the nation, and it’s a million dollar industry here. I have about 10 stores in my area that I shop regularly, so I just wanted to put it out there that I don’t find everything at the same store, or at the same time. I am simply sharing with you what I find throughout the month. I also want to let you all know the big ticket items that I search for every month are brand new items that Target donates. Most everything this month is from Target donations, brand new items that has somehow been acquired by goodwill from Target. Are you excited, and intrigued? PLAY! By Sephora May 2016 Review

Hello lovies, I hope everyone has been good, it has been like a month, and a half since I have blogged last, how does time go by so very quickly, busy, busy life that’s for sure. If you haven’t read my life update post, please jump on over, and give it a read, I would greatly appreciate it! Anyways, I am still getting tons of subscription boxes, and really feel the need to review them, even though this one is late, and not the best pictures, I wanted to get this post up. I hope you all enjoy, if you haven’t heard, this box is now open to everyone so go ahead, and subscribe if you want to try it out, it’s a great way to sample high end brands that sephora carries for $10 a month! This was my first box, and here is what I thought 🙂 

For $10, it really can’t be beat, I kinda wish that they kept the “spoilers” from us, because by the time my box came, I knew exactly what I was getting, which kinda takes the fun out of it, in my opinion. The box arrived beautifully packaged with a heavy duty box, which I can appreciate so things don’t get broken yeah!!! Then, inside the box there is a great pamphlet telling you everything that is is the box, but not just that, it tells you HOW to use them, double yeah! There is also your PLAY card which if you bring it into your local sephora, you get 50 extra bonus points when you make a purchase, oh man, I just realized that I should have used it, of course I forgot about it, bummer! Next month I hope to remember lol! Everything, all your samples are packed in a super cute drawstring pouch,  how fun, kinda reminds me of another popular subscription service…… 😉 wink, wink. It is very cute though, and I definitely will use it! The samples are a great selection so far, I love the mix of skincare, makeup, haircare, and perfume, that’s pretty cool, such a variety that you get to sample, but I would love to see more makeup obviously, but you knew I would say that lol! Overall the samples are tiny, sadly the tarte cosmetics lip liner is beautiful, but it is SOOOO tiny 😦 Oh well, I am happy with the box, and love samples, so it all was good to me! 

I think this subscription box is a great deal, although I kinda wish they offered a 6 month, or a year subscription to save a little money, hmmm maybe I should tweet, and suggest that! I love how every month is a different theme as well, I am excited about June’s box, fun, fun, because you never know what your getting, or what brands! I definitely think it’s worth a try if you are a beauty lover like myself, and can’t get enough samples!! I love sephora, so this was perfect for me, they sure do make that money lol! My favorite product this month was the bite beauty lipstick, bite has always been my favorite lipstick brand, I just love the pigmentation, and quality, it makes my lips feel wonderful too!

Influenster Target C9 Champion Sports Bra VirtualVox Box

OMG! I was so lucky enough to get the virtualvox box from Target for the C9 champion bra! I literally paid $6 for this amazing bra! If you are unfimiliar with influenster it is a reviewing company, and am amazing one at that! I have recieved several free or discounted products from influenster, I have been a member for a about 2 years, and love them!!! They have a huge variety of brands that they work with, and some very high end beauty brands, it all just depends on what you get with how active you are on the website, and on social media, etc. defintely worth signing up for, because you never know what you could qualify for to review! 

This vox box is a little different because it is a virtual box, meaning they don’t actually send you the product for review. I did recieve a coupon discount code for 40% off either the  power core or power shape sports bra from C9 champion at target. I went into my local store to redeem the coupon, and to my surprise, the bras were already on sale for $10 each, yeah I’m so glad I waited a little while to redeem it! So, with the coupon it brought the bra down to $6, incredible value that’s for sure! I have purchased sports bras, underwear, clothing, and socks from this brand, I really do think they are very high quality, and defintely comparable to more expensive brands. I was happy with the cute designs, and cute colors they had available. I do have to mention that the store display was a bit confussing though, because there were so many different types, and styles to choose from, but hey that’s not a bad thing right? There is defintely something for everyone, and all different support types as well, which is wonderful by the C9 brand by target. The sports bra I chose was the power core compression racerback sports bra. 

The sports bra by C9 champion from target is a great option for those who are looking for a quality, comfortable sports bra at an affordable option. This brand truly does compare to more expensive brands, I couldn’t believe it, the design especially looks exactly like some other well known expensive brands, I mean exactly, it’s tough to even tell the difference! Seems almost to good to be true, but it’s not, this brand is amazing, love everything, I want more from the line, everyone loves great dupes right? 

Here are some details about the bras, specifically the sports bra that I choose from the target.com website. I chose this style because I was looking for a wireless sports bra, beacuse I don’t need wires, or that much support, and this style is just my preferance for comfort. I think the racer style back is very cute, and stylish as well, it adds a great design aspect to the bra. I usually tend to stick with medium support bras because that’s really all I need, and a pullover style, instead of a clasp closure back, again just for comfort. Overall, I really love this bra, and how comfortable, and cute it is, I defintely think it’s a great price even at the $16.99 regular price. I am so glad I got the opportunity to try it out, I quickly became a fan, and feel in love with this bra that’s for sure! Walmart Beauty Box WINTER $5 Box

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas holiday! I had a great one, I received the best present our family could ask for, we were surprised with a great visit from my brother, and nephew. Hello, hello there everyone!!! This post is a bit later posting than my normal, sorry about that, time ran away from me today! I hope everyone has had a great week, I can’t believe that it’s already been a week since Thanksgiving, I am pretty sure I am still full, lol how about you ladies? It’s getting so cold out, so I can imagine it’s going to be more of staying in, and watching movies, which means more planning!! I was so excited to get an Erin Condren planner finally! I found all of this at staples, please be aware that there may be slight differences between the exclusive line available online at Erin Condren, and inside staples stores. The pricing is also a bit different, save yourself some money, and see if they carry the line at your local staples! I am loving everything I was able to get yeah!!! Sephora Favorites “POUT PERFECTION” Lip Sampler JCPENNY Exclusive

Hello there fellow beauty lovers!! I am guessing you clicked on this because you were interested in seeing what this awesome little lip kit sephora favorites is all about. Hey, I would be interested to, after all it’s an amazing deal costing only $32 for tons of products!! This is exclusive to sephora inside JCPENNY, and is called the pout perfection lip sampler kit. I saw this, and grabbed it, because these go SO FAST, no joke, they are hard to find already, so I wanted to get this review up asap, along with some other sephora favorites kits I just recently picked up. The JCPENNY exclusive kits are extremely popular, and are always a little different than what you will find at sephora, or sephora online. This kit has a huge value, and includes 4 full size products!! (please note- I think the bite beauty is full size) These are all high end brands, and I was really excited that it included the no bleeding lips lipliner, this lip liner I have been wanting for a while, but I think it’s around $18, a bit expensive for a clear lip liner, it makes even the darkest, brightest lipstick not bleed, which is AWESOME. I didn’t believe it really worked, but it definitely does, works so well! This little kit is one of my favorite sephora favorites, definitely grab it if you can! I also wanted to mention that as you can guess, I didn’t include swatches, I know I should have but I didn’t really think about it until I already took all the pictures, sorry about that! There are 5 exclusive at JCPENNY sephora favorites kits at the store right now, I may grab a few more as I have my eyes on them! Enjoy the cute pictures, I love the way they turned out 🙂
