New Years Resolutions, Reflections and Goals for 2015

1. Grow my youtube channel and blog

2. Be happy

3. Find that someone

4. Get healthy

Ok, so I thought that I would jump on the bandwagon with everyone else and actually write my thoughts down. This blog will be a bit different as it’s more personal, career, and lifestyle related, I do hope that you enjoy it! Let’s take a look back at 2014, where did time go? It seems that this past year has gone by so incredibly fast, that’s for sure! So this last year has been so different in so many ways from previous years, and I feel like I am finally able to take a hold of my life, and my future. I know exactly what I want, maybe I don’t quite know how to achieve certain things, but I can only hope for the best. This past year I have learned, and grown a lot as a woman. I have always been a strong, independent, caring woman, who wears my heart on my sleeve. This has helped guide me my entire life, and I hope that it continues to do so. One piece of advice……. ALWAYS follow your heart, ALWAYS. Remembering this one saying, has continued to provide me with the comfort and guidance that I seek.

1. In 2013 I got a crazy idea in my head, and started a youtube channel. I had NO idea what I was doing in the beginning, but I soon gained confidence, and courage, and just went with it. In 2014, the day before the new year, I hit 1,000 subscribers, I COULD NOT believe it, all my hard work and efforts had finally paid off, and my dreams were becoming a reality! What a great way to start 2015! The best thing to do, and my moto is to always be yourself, no, be your BEAUTIFUL self! Learn to love the person who you are, and embrace it! I started blogging in 2014, yes I should have started years ago, I know! I have always had the ability to write, and have always really enjoyed it as well. The words just flow, like they are now, no question I have the gift of gab, especially in person. I love blogging, and vlogging so much, and my goal is to hit 5,000 subscribers on my youtube channel, and 1,000 followers on my blog by 2016, I know I can do it. Everything takes time to grow, and develop, but I think it is so important to set goals, and push yourself towards achieving them!

2. & 3. This year hasn’t all been positives, and butterflies, I wish it was, but I have also been through some heart break, who hasn’t right? I have learned so much just from one short relationship about what love should be, and shouldn’t. I also took comfort in knowing exactly what I am looking for, and exactly what I am not. The saying is true, to always trust your gut, and it has proven itself over and over to be true in my life. I can not wait to see what 2015 will bring as far as love goes, and finding that perfect person for me. I have to have trust, and faith that it will happen when it’s time. My heart will be willing, and open when that time comes. I also need to step back, and take it day by day. Be happy, and content where my life is right now, and where it may be headed. Finding true happiness, and joy in the little things always is SO important!

4. Alright already, it’s time to get healthy. When I’ve had enough, I know that it’s time for a fresh start again. I have never been great about being fit, or working out. I am really active in my job, and life so I never have really paid a lot of attention to it. I have amazing genes, clearly I am lucky for that. I want to set a person goal to eat better, drink more water, get outdoors more, and workout, specifically running, and yoga. I know, that these may seem easy to some people, but they aren’t to me. I have the run bug in my blood, I know it’s there somewhere, it has to be right? It’s time to see if it is, and just do it! I am a high anxiety person that needs yoga in my life, it truly does help me in so many ways. These are the perfect goals for me, and are things that I can do better in that’s for sure. It shouldn’t be to hard to incorporate a little into my day, wish me luck!

Well that just about sums it all up. I just wanted to share, because sharing is caring, and maybe inspire the rest of you, even if it’s just for a moment. Reach those goals, and make them a reality. I hope a year from now, I can look back, and know that I was able to work hard and achieve some of these. I wish you all luck with yours, and feel free to share with me what your new years resolutions and goals are. I hope you all have a wonderful year, thank you so much for all your continued love, and support, it is truly appreciated! Here is a little inspiration for myself and you as well. Here’s to a great 2015!
