Hi there lovies, I know it’s been a while, it’s been a super busy summer thus far, so I just have to make time for blogging, I’m sure you have all had times when you just need a break, well I had a good one, and a good amount of time off, now I am back hopefully 🙂 although, I am not making any promises, but I hope to get back into blogging, because you are all still here, reading, and supporting me, so thank you so much! I hope you are all having a wonderful start to your summer, wait it’s July already? How did that even happen!??? Wow, slow down summer, I patiently wait all year for you, so please slow down, so I can enjoy you more 🙂 I am doing some traveling, and exploring this summer, so maybe I will switch the blog up a bit, and do some travel blogs, I think that’s a great goal, since I am going to some pretty amazing locations this summer, and as always right here where I live in Oregon, is always amazing too! 🙂

Let’s jump right into what I thought of this month’s box. Sephora Play box is a monthly subscription box, that is $10 a month, which includes shipping. It’s a great box for beauty lovers, if you love samples, and want to try out new products! I have found some great products that I wouldn’t normally think to try in these boxes, love it! I also want to mention (although I always forget to use mine) there is a 50 bonus beauty point card with any purchase that is included every month, which is a great incentive to go out and shop lol! But, I always forget about it sadly! Anyways, what did I think about this box? I thought it was okay, definitely not the best I have received, but not horrible, and the sample sizes are decent, but SO many hair products, I don’t really ever use hair products, so I was disappointed in that for sure, I want MORE makeup, I mean come on, don’t we all? I do love the KVD liquid lipstick though, it’s almost to bright, like unwearable bright, but I do love the formula, so maybe on occasion I could try this one out, it’s a pretty purple color, and there is not a better formula on the market that even comes close to KVD, but obviously I love everything by the brand, so that’s never an issue, lol!! So overall, this month’s box, was just okay, I hope next month for July will be better, and include less hair products! What did you all get in your box? I am always interested in what everyone else gets, because everyone’s boxes are different, well, I think there are about 4 or 5 different variations. Thanks for reading, Happy Sunday, and I hope you all have a great end to your weekend!!

Hello all you lovely people, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend, and a good start to your week, boo for Monday, right? Oh well, got to get er done! I have been so incredibly busy with work, no time for blogging once again, but this week it is a slow week, so I plan on doing lots of catching up, I am going to Las Vegas again for work at the end of this week, yeah, so excited for some sunshine, and pool time! I plan on having pre scheduled posts though for next week, so I have lots of catching up to do, I need to work on being more consistent, that’s for sure, and something I know I need to work, and make time on! Thank you for your continued support, and hanging in there, and reading my posts, I love you all for that!! I’ve got some fun posts coming up this week, starting with today’s post on the Sephora play box for May 2017, it’s a pretty good box, and I am pretty satisfied with it, so even though it’s late, I still wanted to share it with you all, I hope you enjoy, and let me know if you have any questions, etc! The Sephora play box is $10 a month, which includes shipping, it’s a great deal, and I definitely recommend it, it’s been really good lately, and offers a great variety of products, and brands to try out! It’s such a fun way to experiment, and sample different brands that I normally wouldn’t be able to try, or wouldn’t be interested in trying as well, so like I said, it’s definitely worth a try, if you haven’t subscribed already!! You can sign up for it on the Sephora website, at Subscribe Here for Sephora Play Box! Thanks for reading, and let’s dive right into what I got in my Sephora Play Box!

The Subscription Box: Play! by Sephora

The Cost: $10

The Products: Five deluxe samples plus a fragrance sample, a PLAY! BOOK of tips and tricks, and a PLAY! PASS for in-store learning.

Each box comes with a Play! Pass, which is a card you can use at Sephora (in-store) to get 50 extra rewards points, and you can also get one-on-one tutorials and tips of products from a Sephora consultant.

FYI – The box variation I received this month is box ending in #264. I don’t know, or there is no way to know which box you will be receiving until you see the item number when it ships in your account, it varies a lot! To find out which box you’re receiving at the beginning of each month, follow these instructions:
“If you log in through a browser, not the app, and go to my account > account details > online orders and open the play! Order Details, you can see the “item number” next to the image.”

My Review: Wow, see I told you this was a good box! I am really glad that I got this box, the overall value is around $41, and it only cost me $10 (shipping included) I think that is an amazing value this month. This variation was perfect for me, Sephora is getting better at picking the right products for me,  yeah! I really enjoy everything in the box, the only product that was new to me, that I haven’t tried out was the Grande Lips lip plumper in clear. I have heard of the brand, but I haven’t tried it until getting it in the box, I like it, but it wasn’t very plumping, I am used to products like too faced lip injection, or buxom lip plumping glosses, this was a nice gloss, but it didn’t really do anything for my lips, I will continue to use it though as a clear gloss, or clear topper. Everything else I have tried, and really enjoy a ready. I especially love the Christophe Robin cleansing purifying scrub with sea salt, I have tried this before, and loved the way it made my hair feel, this brand has really impressed me with all their products that I have tried, I may even consider purchasing a full size at some point, I also really love the way it smells, it’s the perfect beachy scent! This month’s box overall was great, I am excited to continue to try out the products! Can’t wait to see what next months box will bring!
