Hey there! How is your week going so far? Well, I hope!! I have been a bit busy this weekend trying to catch up on everything, but have had some time to relax which is great! The time change is throwing me off though, I have to admit, as I am sure with all of you, lol! I am doing a double unboxing for buddhibox this month, and it’s still late at that unfortunately. I got so busy last month, I forgot to do the post for September, and it was a great box, so I am doing the double post so you can really check out what to expect from buddhibox! It’s an amazing box that is targeted for yoga, and the active lifestyle, but it also works for any type of person which I absolutely love! I have been reviewing this box for a while now, and feel so fortunate to be doing so, which is wonderful. The owner of the company is a joy to work with, which also makes a huge difference when reviewing a subscription box. I also really always love the contents of every box, it’s very fitting for my lifestyle, the gifts included are so cute, yet practical, and I will definitely get use out of everything. I especially love when they include jewelry, it’s always handmade, and beautiful. Buddhibox really is fit for everyone, I definitely think it’s worth the price you pay every month, and it’s great that I haven’t received a repeated brand of anything yet, yeah! The pricing is below, and there are a couple different options, so be sure to review it if your thinking about subscribing!

Buddhibox Yoga Inspired Subscription Box Review August 2015

Hi there loves! I am so happy that I got to receive, and review another buddhibox! I love everything in this month’s box, and feel very lucky to be able to get this amazing box every month to review. I usually do a video, and blog post comparing the two boxes, yogisurprise with buddhibox, but I don’t think that’s fair to each company, so I have now decided to do two separate blog posts, I think it just makes more sense, and feel like they deserve their own as well 🙂 Buddhibox is a yoga, natural, active lifestyle subscription box, it’s not as well known yet, and I am happy to help spread the word, because I really do enjoy everything that I have gotten so far in my boxes. I think the price is a great value, for what your getting in the box, and the variety of products, and brands that are offered each month is great as well. I love that they include products from brands I have never heard of, and wouldn’t normally get the opportunity to try if it wasn’t for buddhibox. They seem to work with smaller, less known companies, even some etsy shops that are handmade, it doesn’t get much better than that! These boxes are such fun surprises, because  you never know what you will get, or get to try out, that’s how I have discovered so many amazing brands is from subscription boxes, win win for everyone 🙂

Buddhibox now has two different subscription options. There is a monthly subscription box that is lifestyle based, then there is a seasonly subscription box that is only jewelry, a lot like the other company I mentioned above, but I don’t want to compare the two anymore, and just focus on what’s great about each company, and box instead. Okay, I just looked on the website, and apparently they aren’t offering the jewelry box anymore, at least not this month or season for fall hasn’t come out yet, because it’s completely gone from the website, bummer, so we will just discuss the monthly box.

There are different price options, which are a bit confusing as far as pricing, and what your looking for so I will include it in this post below. I do think the box is a good deal, especially if you decide to get the best deal at purchasing a 12 month subscription. The value is definitely there, and the box value is consistently over the price you would pay monthly for the subscription, sounds great right? This box is perfect for anyone that loves a special treat (like a present) every month, and it doesn’t matter if you practice yoga in your life or not, because it’s more gift based, and contains the perfect items for anyone! My favorite item from the box this month was the necklace, I love anything with lotus flowers, and this was beautiful, it is from an etsy shop, and handmade as well, it seems like it is good quality, although I wish it was sterling silver, so it wouldn’t color, and I could wear it in the shower, etc, but that’s okay. I love it, and will definitely wear it, it’s so danty, and I love little charm necklaces like that, so it’s perfect, I also think that the incense that were in the box this month, smell freaking amazing, OMG they make my house smell so good, and it instantly relaxes, and calms me, weird that a scent can do that! This is my favorite box that I have gotten so far! I love it! I hope next month’s is just as great, if not better!

Buddhibox vs. Yogisurprise (lifestyle & jewelry boxes) July 2015

Hi there lovies! I hope everyone is having a great start to their week, I have to admit I am definitely struggling this week, I haven’t been sleeping well, and feel like I have a never ending schedule, and to do list. Do you ever feel like that? I really need to get everything under control again, it’s not been fun that’s for sure!!! 😦

I know that I am super late on this review, and the video review, but it’s better late than never, it was a busy end of the month as always, and after this post I will be all caught up for July, yeah, feels great for now, until the end of August lol! Anyways I wanted to do another comparison for these two boxes because I feel like they are so similar, and it’s kinda fun to see what type of items are in each box, etc. This month though is definitely different than the boxes I compared in June, as one of these is the jewelry subscription box (yogi surprise) but, I still thought it was a good idea to compare. Buddhibox is actually just launching their very first jewelry subscription box as well in August, so this really is perfect timing for the review of both of these in reality, yeah for being late right?

Okay so both of these boxes are a monthly subscription service and, are pretty comparable as far as types of items, and price, along with retail values. They obviously vary a lot from month to month, but I think they are pretty equal, yet yogisurprise thus far seems to have more full size items included. I really do enjoy both of them, and honestly don’t know which one I like better! They both feature such younique, and special items, it’s difficult to choose a favorite. Let’s check out what items are in each box.

Here is the pricing for each box~

I think both of these boxes were great this month, which one did you like the best? My favorite item from the buddhibox was the candle, it is in the scent nag champa, and it totally reminds me of back in the day when I would burn incense, I love the smell, brought me right back that’s for sure! I always love candles though! My favorite from the yogisurprise is definitely the bracelet, the rose quartz is beautiful, and lotus flowers are my favorite!!! If you would like to subscribe to either of these boxes, please go ahead and go to the site, as I don’t have a link yet, or any promo codes, but will hopefully have them in the future!

Buddhibox June 2015 Unboxing & Review

I am so excited that I was able to receive another buddhibox to review! I absolutely loved last month’s box, and everything that was included. I was a bit disappointed with this box though, as there was no comparable value, or big ticket items like there was last month in May, that box for me was perfect! I still really love the box, and the variety of unique items. I thought it was a bit odd to include 2 large food items in the box, I did taste one out, and it was pretty good, but just kinda doesn’t fit in with the theme of the box, I didn’t think. The tote bag has a really cute design, but it is very cheaply looking, and made, and seems to already be falling apart, and I haven’t even used it yet, I do like that it was handmade, but thought it could be a little better quality. The item I am most about in this months box is the detox face mask, but let me tell you, it made a HUGE mess all over, it’s grey, and chalky, and you would think if you are putting something like this in a subscription box, it would be well sealed, or in a plastic bag or something. I was reading another review, and the same thing happened unfortunately. The mask itself seems really cool, and different though, along with the toner tab too, can’t wait to try them out together! I guess every box can’t be amazing, as with any subscription box, I always voice my honest, and fair opinion. I was also disappointed that my box was missing two cards, I am not positive what they were, but it was factored into the value I guess, so bummed I didn’t get those. Alrighty, what do you guys think of this box this month, is it something you would want to try? I am hoping that next month will be better, I am excited to see what the future holds for this great box. I am sure that it’s difficult to get the more natural brands, and products, but I think it’s important to have the value in each box for the subscribers, and customers. I just really loved last month’s box! I will use, and eat everything in this box though, so that’s a win. I think the bracelet is super cute, and will be wearing it 🙂

UPDATE: I love the cute namaste bracelet, it’s so adorable, and great reminder to stay calm, and relaxed. The face mask is INCREDIBLE, I love it, a little goes a long way, so I will get a few more uses out of it, which is great, it made my skin incredibly soft, and my skin felt fresh, and clean afterwards!
